RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY

 

Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)

 

The Customer has the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to abserres.gr to the email address info@abserres.gr. Abserres.gr will accept the cancellation and will refund the price to the customer by crediting his credit card only if the (purchased) product / s (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer.

 

If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as return of the products under the following conditions.

 

 

 

 

Change of products after delivery

 

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he has the right to request the change of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer can send an e-mail – e-mail to abserres.gr to the above mentioned e-mail address, info@abserres.gr and contact by phone at 2321 058119 | 2321 600756, requesting the change of the product with another product of his choice.

 

For replacement of a non-faulty, non-damaged or generally non-defective product, the customer bears the costs of sending the return (courier, transport, mail or other), which will be done at his own risk.

 

Changes will not be accepted for products sold at a discount at the time of purchase.

 

If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment process (for the payment of the difference). The e-mail will contain a link to the payment website of this website, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment information in accordance with the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then abserres.gr will credit the Customer for the difference according to what is listed below.

 

Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

 

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he further has the right to return the product he will buy and request a refund of the price paid as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection (right to withdraw from a sale). For the return of an incorrect, undamaged or generally non-defective product for the purpose of a refund, the customer bears the costs of sending the return (courier, transport, postage or other), which will be done at his own risk.

 

Deadline for change or return of products

 

Any request for change or return of product must be sent within 15 full days of receipt of the product. Requests for change or return of products after the period of 15 full are accepted only in case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

 

Terms and conditions for the validity of a product change or return

Return or change the entire product

 

Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right to withdraw from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and can not be exercised on only part of the product.

 

Condition of returned products

 

The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned (for a refund or change) to their original condition, complete and intact and their original packaging must not be unsealed.

 

Sending the products to abserres.gr

 

The shipment of products to be returned or exchanged within Greece is free only through the same courier company with which the product was shipped for the first time. In case of sending the product for return or for exchange with another courier company, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.
